New Holland Full Circle: 4.9% abv
This is a kolsch-style light beer. It has a
nose containing apple and citrus notes, with light honey and possibly spices.
The taste is light, with very light hops and malt, watery and contains apple
notes and gradually unveils subtle lemon as well. The finish is medium in
length, being light with bitter hops being the prominent taste.
